The Lives of Others. Other selves

The bustle of footsteps on the concourse as commuters dance in differing directions heading to alternate locations.

We pan up to see the Kolamide sitting on the left passenger waiting bench  looking directly at an enchanting blue cashmere scarf wrapped loosely around Francesca’s neck sat opposite him, for a moment his gaze lingers on her cocoa brown neck taking in the curvature of her firm jaw line and tightly pursed together full lips as his eyes examine her face he softly meets her eyes squarely and for and infinite instance he sees himself through her eyes feeling altered and charged he shakes his head vigorously … settles…. looks right and left and allows her eyes to regain focus looking straight ahead we see Francesca looking at a grey clad coated low cropped hair  mutted brown face blinking and pearing across the concourse looking directly at her… everything slows down to a pulsing paused echoing heartbeat. For a prolonged moment they are one and each other The cause of wonder creating a conduit for transference of realities

The tanoy announces the departure of Francesca’s train. Still slightly rattled he manages to get up amidst the morning movement of commuters he looks around to find himself still sitting down in a daze… she shrugs and hurries to her train.
